Just last month Reese Witherspoon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after mouthing off to an officer who arrested her husband, Jim Toth, for a DUI.But on Tuesday, the Oscar-winning actress and her man were seen enjoying a few drinks together.Witherspoon, 37, and Toth, 42, were spotted sipping on what appeared to be a clear cocktail for her, and a glass of rose wine for him, at Manhattan’s trendy Soho House.The “Walk the Line” star, who pleaded no contest to her charges in Atlanta court, was incredibly apologetic for the embarrassing incident that occurred April 19, even going on “Good Morning America” to explain her actions.
